Classes began on June 4th. Here's my latest batch of drawings from the first two weeks...
Right now the emphasis is on learning the Frank Reilly method of constructing the human figure. We haven't even begun to touch anatomy, light & shade yet. Really with these I'm just trying to learn the method, and make a continuously flowing and accurate figure drawing. Each drawing is approximately five minutes. It's going to take a lot of practice, and I have a long way to go...but I feel like the class has already helped immensely and it's only the 2nd week.
Very, very excited. Can't wait to share more [and hopefully better] drawings.
im so jealous. i think you are heading into this with such a strong foundation in your drawings already, it is definitely going to make a huge difference. I look forward to seeing them weekly.
